
Water Aerobics is a fun, low impact way to increase flexibility, rehab damaged joints, and build stamina. It's a great cardio workout that you can do at your own pace with the guidance of our certified teachers. We offer two types, regular water aerobics and an arthritis program. H2O- is a low impact, shallow water exercising program. This is not only a great cardiovascular workout, but it is also great resistance training for all your body parts.
Deep Water- is a no impact deep-water exercise program that uses floatation belts. This class is not only a great cardiovascular workout but for all those body parts, even those pesky abdominal muscles.
Deep Water & Running-this is a fun workout done at your own pace. Workout includes running, weight and aerobic activities in the deep water. This is a no impact workout, participants wear floatation belts. Class offers great resistance and cardiovascular workouts. |
